The original Takemura Princeps originated in Germany, made by Walter Richter.
The plant AB553 was bought at a local nursery as N. Takemura Princeps.
Our seedling batch AF93872 is from seed supplied by the BSI in October 1993, and is presumably F2 seed. Seedlings are variable, but perhaps not as different as one would expect.
