From Argentina. There is a blue-flowered form growing in Quebrada de las Conchas, Santa Rosa, 1200-1400 m, and a white-flowered one (var. alba) growing at 800-900 m. in Quebrada de las Conchas, Santa Rosa. In our shardehouse the plants grow and flower in a fairly bright, dry spot near the roof. In habitat, it is reported to grow in full shade and fairly moist.
