A variable batch of second-generation seedlings. The plants’ mother is the hybrid Tillandsia ‘Houston,’ pollinated with Tillandsia aeranthos. The plants are thus a mixture of Tillandsias stricta, recurvifolia, and aeranthos. They are noticeably larger than their parents, single plants being around 20cm across. Flowers are quite similar, like an oversize Tillandsia aeranthos, and the plants are hardy.
