From Honduras, another small-medium form around 30 cm. high in flower.
Grows in Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras at 1000 to 1250 meters. Most forms have light green leaves, and inhabit relatively shady locations. There is a red-leafed form (variety viridifolia) that has colonized sunny places. These plants will also grow in a well-drained potting mix, and become much larger than when grown epiphytically.
